Careers information products produced by C&K Careers Ltd are sold as digital PDFs for download. In purchasing them you agree to the following:
3. Ownership of digital content
All PDF downloads will be owned by C&K Careers Ltd until payment is received in full, from you. All payments in the webshop at www.ckcareers.co.uk, will be made upfront and in advance of receiving the digital content.
4. Price (and VAT)
4.1 The prices payable for the digital content that you order, are set out in the webshop at www.ckcareers.co.uk
4.2 All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Books, booklets, brochures, pamphlets and leaflets and e-publications of the same are currently zero rated for VAT purposes. However, if any of the above are wholly or predominantly devoted to advertising, or consist wholly or predominantly of audio or video content they will be subject to VAT.
5. Acceptance of orders
5.1 There will be no binding contract of any kind between you and C&K Careers Ltd on any order made through www.ckcareers.co.uk unless and until payment is received and the digital content is delivered to you.
5.2 Any order made through the webshop at www.ckcareers.co.uk, will only be accepted when payment is received. Once payment has been received, C&K Careers Ltd will send you a link to enable you to download the digital resources in the ‘My Products’ section of your account. Until you receive this link there will not be a binding contract between C&K Careers Ltd and you. Any information on our website, or your filling in of details or clicking any button or icon indicating you are making an order does not and is not intended to constitute a binding contract.
6. Delivery
The PDF downloads you have purchased, will be available to access and download from the ‘My Products’ section of ‘My Account’ at www.ckcareers.co.uk, once we have received payment. A link to PDF documents will appear in your account and are subject to our licencing agreement (see 11.2 below).
If you have paid and are unable to download your item(s) or they are faulty, please contact us to enable us to rectify the issue.
7. Cancellation
You are unable to cancel your order. By placing your order, you are accepting that it will be delivered and downloaded.

9. Payment
9.1 For all webshop purchases at www.ckcareers.co.uk payment has to be made by PayPal using either your PayPal account or a credit or debit card.
9.2 An invoice will be available in the ‘Previous orders’ section of ‘My account’ in the webshop at www.ckcareers.co.uk
10. Discounts
10.1 Discounts may be applied to any corporation, schools, local authorities and public sector organisation who has an account with C&K Careers Ltd. Discounts may also be applied to bulk orders or new or regular users of our service. Please contact us for further details.
10.2 Quotations for other products and services can be discussed on request.
11. Limitation of liability
11.1 Save as precluded by law, C&K Careers Ltd will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to C&K Careers Ltd under this condition. C&K Careers Ltd shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation.
11.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
12. Entire agreement
These terms and conditions, together with any documents from C&K Careers Ltd referenced under this agreement set out the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the digital content to you by C&K Careers Ltd. Nothing said by any salesperson, agent, employee, director or other representative on our behalf should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, we shall have no liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
13. Invalidity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
14. Law and jurisdiction
The validity, construction and performance of this contract shall be governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to which you and we submit.
15. Third parties
For the purposes of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 and notwithstanding any other provision of this contract this is not intended to, and does not, give any person who is not a party to it any right to enforce any of its provisions.
