C+K’s Labour Market & Careers News has now been published for over 10 years, and the 70th edition will be available in February 2025. It is distributed six times a year to careers professionals and staff from a wide range of organisations across West Yorkshire and beyond.
The newsletter provides updates on careers and education policy, and information about national, regional and local labour market initiatives and trends. Every edition includes an analysis of the latest job, vacancy and apprenticeship data, highlighting sectors that are experiencing staff shortages and those where vacancy numbers have fallen.

The newsletter also provides an update on C+K’s range of careers information resources which include leaflets, posters and the online platforms MyDirections and Jed, as well as advance notice of the dates of C+K’s annual post-16 and apprenticeship events.
