Our staff are all dedicated and well qualified – over 90% of our advisers are educated to level 4 or above in advice and guidance. Staff are organised into teams offering specialist expertise, including careers information, advice and guidance, work with NEET young people, IAG and CEIAG training, support to employers and training providers, and ICT services.

Based in West Yorkshire, the company is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee and operates as a social enterprise across the country. Our Board of Directors comprises up to three appointed members from: Calderdale Council, Kirklees Council and the University of Huddersfield, and one from the National Children's Centre. Our Chair of the Board is Julie Pink, Head of Schools and Colleges Liaison at the University of Huddersfield.
