Contract filesC&K Careers is highly regarded by its partners for its ability to manage contracts and achieve targets. This is one of the reasons we maintain a high degree of tendering success in the extremely competitive careers market. During 2013/14, we successfully delivered services on over 50 different contracts.

Performance management

We implement a stringent contract management process that monitors our performance and ensures full compliance with funding provider requirements, all metrics and milestones, as well as best practice guidelines and current legislation. As part of our contract management, we recruit, train and develop a highly trained and qualified workforce with the appropriate skills, knowledge and experience to deliver the agreed objectives.

Over 90% of our advisers are educated to level 4 or above.

Four C&K Careers adult advisers were nominated by their clients for the Regional Extra Mile Awards for the 2013/14 contract, Richard Clifford won the Award in the general category.
